PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a corner part of a room from being stained by ultraviolet rays. SOLUTION: The ultraviolet rays are projected into a glass plate 3 from an end surface of the glass plate 3 and are totally reflected on an outer surface of the glass plate 3 when UVLED1 is lighted. The ultraviolet rays reaching a coarse surface 3a are radiated outside the glass plate 3 from the coarse surface 3a. The radiated ultraviolet rays emit on a panel 6, so that photocatalyst on a surface of the panel 6 is activated and sterilization, moldproofing and decomposition of an adhering organic matter are carried out.
