PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a variation amount when an opening moment in opning a wing is largely varied based on distortion of the wing, manufacturing error and mounting error. SOLUTION: A first link 13 is rotatably mounted to a base body 1 fixed to a cargo compartment of a motor-lorry and an elastic force generation mechanism 31 is provided on the base body 1. The first link 13 is made to a constitution receiving the moment by connecting it to the elastic force generation mechanism 31. A base end of a second link 14 is connected to a distal end of the first link 13 and a distal end of the second link 14 can be connected to the wing. The second link 14 is made to a constitution giving the opening moment to the wing. In closing the wing, the first link 13 falls down and the second link 14 falls down and is inclined to a rotation center side of the first link 13. In opening the wing, the first link 13 stands up and an inclination angle of the second link 14 is relaxed.
