PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel attachment and detachment mechanism capable of reducing manufacturing cost by minimizing the number of parts and an acoustic device using this panel attachment and detachment mechanism. SOLUTION: This panel attachment and detachment mechanism 11 is furnished with an operation panel 70 furnished with main body parts 20, 30 and an engaged part 73 and to carry out attachment and detachment on and from the main body parts 20, 30 through the engaged part 73; a locking member 50 furnished with an engaging part 54 to be engaged with the engaged part 73, to maintain a mounting state of the operation panel 70 as the engaging part 54 is engaged with the engaged part 73 and to remove the operation panel 70 as the engaging part 54 is disengaged from the engaged part 73; and cam means 40, 50 to guide sliding of the locking member 50 in the contacting and separating direction of the main body parts 20, 30 and to revolve the locking member 50 in a direction to release an engaging state of the engaging part 54 with the engaged part 73.
