PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ASK demodulating circuit which can be restored to an ASK signal by which band confinement is carried out normally. SOLUTION: The ASK demodulating circuit includes a rectification circuit 2 which rectifies an input ASK signal, a first low pass filter 3 which outputs a signal which follows the envelope of the output waveform, a second low pass filter 8 which outputs an average voltage signal of the output signal, and a comparator circuit 9 with an offset for comparing a magnitude relation by adding a positive offset voltageΔV to a signal of the second low pass filter with the output signal of the first low pass filter, and outputs the result by a logical signal.
