DEVICE AND METHOD FOR PREDICTING REMAINING LIFE OF BLASTING TREATING CHAMBER AND BLASTING TREATING FACILITY

A device and a method capable of predicting the remaining life of a blasting treating chamber and a blasting treating facility. Strain gauges (30) are installed on the blasting treating chamber (10). The strain gauges (30) measure high-frequency repeated strains produced in the blasting treating chamber (10) for each blasting treatment. A cumulative fatigue damage degree by high-frequency repeated loads produced in the blasting treating chamber (10) by each blasting treatment is calculated by analyzing data on strain waveforms provided by the strain gauges (30). Based on the cumulative value of the cumulative fatigue damage degree, the remaining life of the blasting treating chamber (10) can be predicted.
