<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotation stabilizer which obtains a high-definition image by reducing banding and shock jitter. <P>SOLUTION: The rotation stabilizer is equipped with an acceleration sensor 3, a measurement circuit 5 performing the measurement of the acceleration sensor 3, an actuator 4 and an actuator control circuit 13 for performing driving control of the actuator 4 in either of a coaxially arranged first rotor 1 and second rotor 2, in which the first rotor 1 and the second rotor 2 are connected via the actuator 4. The measurement circuit 5 performs calculation of the angular acceleration of the first rotor 1 based on the acceleration detected by the acceleration sensor 3, and the actuator control circuit 13 calculates the amount of phase change for reducing the rotating speed fluctuation of the first rotor 1 based on the angular acceleration calculated by the measurement circuit 5 and the actuator 4 changes the rotation phase between the first rotor 1 and the second rotor based on the amount of the phase change instructed by the actuator control circuit 13. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
