<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive sheet which has an enhanced adhesion between a base material and an adhesive agent layer by relaxing the stress concentration caused by the dimensional change of a base material at high temperature or in highly humid atmosphere at high temperature and decreases white spots and uneven colors by solving problems of scaling off and foaming of an adhesive layer to prevent leakage of light when used for liquid crystal cells. <P>SOLUTION: The sheet 1 comprises a base material 2 which is a polarized plate and at least on one side of which an adhesive layer 3 is formed. The adhesive layer 3 is formed with an adhesive which contains, for 100 mass parts of an acrylic polymer, 0.01-50 mass parts of a modified silicone having a functional group at a terminal.
