<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make workers who have remaining power, apply for works lacking operation to compensate operation and to heighten workers' work achievement will. <P>SOLUTION: When a work requester will entrust a work to another person in charge, the work requester accesses a work point server 2 from a work requester terminal device 4 and puts up a request number, contents of the work to be entrusted, an execution period, and work points obtained by execution of the work, on an electronic bulletin board on an intranet 1. Applicants who apply for the work throw their names, contact addresses, or the like to the work point server 2 from applicant terminal devices 5. The work requester determines an applicant who should execute the work and causes him or her to execute the work.
