PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulse signal output circuit that can reduce the jump and fall of a pulse signal even if an inductor is connected to an output end. SOLUTION: The pulse signal output circuit 100 comprises: transistors Q1, Q2 that are connected in series between an input voltage V<SB>IN</SB>and a ground voltage; a control circuit 1 that on/off-controls the transistors Q1, Q2 so that a dead time period for turning off the transistors Q1, Q2 is provided between a period when the transistor Q1 is turned on and the transistor Q2 is turned off, and a period when the transistor Q1 is turned off and the transistor Q2 is turned on; and a serial connected body formed of a resistor R1 and a capacitor C2.
