PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission line transformer in which the primary side formed through a transmission line can be separated in a plurality of pieces and formed so that each may have a plurality of load resistors by giving different parasitic components, and which can improve the efficiency and the active region of a power amplifier when used as an adjustment circuit of a power amplifier for a radio communication system that requires the plurality of load resistances. SOLUTION: The transmission line transformer comprises a secondary side transmission line formed of the transmission line, and a primary side transmission line formed so that it might have a parasitic component which is different, respectively, with a transmission line arranged corresponding to both of secondary side transmission lines, respectively.
