PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for receiving a first-come frame in a ring type duplicated network, and a first-come frame receiving apparatus. SOLUTION: The method for receiving the first-come frame in the ring type duplicated network comprises: a step of temporarily receiving at least a part of a communication frame in a first transmission system, and transferring at least a part of the communication frame to a first buffer 51, 55 and a reception determination part 53; a step of determining whether or not the communication frame of the first transmission system is normal by using a check code included in the communication frame with the reception determination part 53; a first-come determination step of determining whether the communication frame stored in the first buffer 51, 55 is transferred to a transmission data memory 59 or deleted in accordance with the determination result of the first transmission system, and the determination result of the second transmission system based on the source node number and the frame identification number in database for communication frame search 57 with the reception determination part.
