PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce power consumption in a standby state. SOLUTION: A condenser lens 121 condenses a transmitted command signal before it enters an optical cable 84. The optical cable 84 transmits the incident command signal to a light receiving section 122. The light receiving section 122 converts the command signal received from the optical cable 84 into an electric signal supplied to a CPU 191. Based on the command signal, the CPU 191 closes a contact 241, the contact of a relay 193, and a contact 243 to supply AC power from an AC power supply to a main power supply 225.
