PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an expensive oil-filled capacitor which secures vibration resistance by solving the problem that, if a lead is connected to an electrode by welding, the vibration resistance is not securable, with respect to the oil-filled capacitor used for various electric appliances. SOLUTION: The oil-contained capacitor is constituted by using a metallikon electrode 2a and a lead wire 4a of a terminal plate 5 provided in both ends of a capacitor element 1 which are connected by resistance-welding the metallikon electrode 2a of the capacitor element 1 with this lead wire 4a at least two points, so that the connection intensity may be raised in order to secure sufficient vibration resistance, and moreover workability may be raised in order to manufacture at low cost.
