PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double layered FPC which is improved in reliability and yield and also is improved in dimensional stability when heated. SOLUTION: The heat resistant adhesive sheet is prepared with a heat resistant adhesive agent layer containing a thermoplastic polyimide on at least one surface of an insulating layer containing non-thermoplastic polyimide, wherein the heat resistant adhesive sheet has a maximum sag of 13 mm or less, and more preferably the insulating layer has a storage modulus ratio of at 250°C to at 380°C of 0.4 or less and has a storage modulus of 0.7 GPa or more at 380°C.
