PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape or sheet that can suppress or prevent the deterioration of an adherend due to a metal component of the adherend in the case where a substrate composed of an olefin resin is used as a substrate of the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape or sheet. SOLUTION: The pressure-sensitive adhesive tape or sheet has a substrate composed of an olefin resin composition comprising an olefin resin and an adhesive layer formed on at least one surface of the substrate wherein a hydrotalcite compound is included in the adhesive layer formed on at least one surface of the substrate. As a hydrotalcite compound is suitably used a hydrotalcite. The proportion of the hydrotalcite compound is preferably 0.01 wt.% or more based on the total amount of the resin components in the adhesive layer. The pressure-sensitive adhesive tape or sheet can suitably be used as a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape or sheet for wires in fixing or binding a single wire or a plurality of wires.
