PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flame-retardant resin composition excellent in a long-term weatherability and free from generating bleed on the surface. SOLUTION: The flame-retardant resin composition comprises (A) 65-98.9% by weight of at least one resin selected from the group consisting of a polyolefin, a polystyrene and a ABS resin, (B) 1-30% by weight of a halogen flame retardant, and (C) 0.1-5% by weight of a light stabilizer having a piperidine structure and a normal alkyl group of 15-25 carbons.
