PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analyzer capable of measuring a trace quantity of inspection material in a sample quickly, simply and accurately, and an analysis device used therefor. SOLUTION: An aggregate 17 produced by a bonding reaction between the inspection material and an aggregation reagent comprising an insoluble carrier labeled by a reagent having a specific bonding property to the inspection material is immobilized on the chamber bottom surface of a detection part 9, and then scanned by laser light or the like, and the number of generated specific light signals caused by the amount of the aggregate is counted.
