DOUBLE-WALL TYPE CONTINUOUS COOLING SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous cooling system capable of reducing frost formation and the contamination of food while keeping a satisfactory cooling capacity. SOLUTION: A typical structure of the double-wall type continuous cooling system comprises an outer wall body 11 having low heat conductivity; an inner wall body 11 having high heat conductivity; a medium circulating means distributing a cooling medium to a medium circulating passage 13 formed between the outer wall body 11 and the inner wall body 12; a conveyor device 30 carrying an article 34 to be cooled from the outside through a cooled chamber 14 that corresponds to the inside of the inner wall body 12; an air circulating means 15 circulating air in the cooled chamber 14; a hollow structure 40 arranged in the vicinity of the conveyor device 30.
