SOLUTION: In the engine driven working machine provided with an engine, a working machine driven by the engine, a heat exchanger processing waste heat from at least either the engine or the working machine, and a casing 110 storing the engine, the working machine and the heat exchanger, the heat exchanger consists of two or more units of heat exchangers 82, 83, the unit heat exchanger includes an exclusive cooling fan 81, and the same are dispersedly arranged in the casing.
