PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To immediately detect that a suspicious person invades into a security area. SOLUTION: Radio wave with prescribed frequency is radiated to prescribed spots (2-1 to 2-n), a plurality of sensors (1-1 to 1-n) which receive reflection wave and detects a time displacement signal of an object in the spots by phase variation of a received signal to cover a prescribed area, a device for authentication which detects the radio wave radiated from the sensors and transmitting the radio wave by modulating it by an ID signal is attached to an arbitrary part of a permitted person who accesses the area, the time displacement signal and the ID signal of the object are detected in the spots by the sensors and the suspicious person is discriminated by presence of the displacement signal and the ID signal.
