PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a more convenient mail transfer system. SOLUTION: The mail transfer device 1 is provided with a service subscriber addressed mail creating means 12 for analyzing transfer management data 21 associating a mail address of a first mail server 4a, a transfer mail address, and an identifier for identifying the transfer mail address with each other, and a header of mail received by a mail receiving means 11, extracting the transfer mail address attached to a destination address, and a mail address of an optional user attached to a sender address, extracting a mail address and an identifier of the first mail server associated with the extracted transfer mail address, and outputting the transfer mail with the mail address of the optional user and a mail address including words capable of identifying the identifier attached to the sender address, and the extracted mail address of the first mail server 4a attached to the sender address.
