PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To resolve the problem that it is difficult to master a character input technique in a short time in the case of arrangement of a conventional keyboard because it is impossible to properly use a single hand and both hands for input in accordance with circumstances and the complicated key arrangement makes it impossible to smoothly input characters with a single hand and doesn't consider features of Japanese Roman characters in character input with both hands. SOLUTION: A keyboard having such key arrangement that both Japanese Roman character input with a single hand and quick input with both hands are achieved and touch typing can be mastered in a short time, and software for the keyboard are used.
