PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate a program code which can create an executable format in which different programming languages are mixed in a program code generation device which generates the program codes from a design drawing. SOLUTION: The program code generation device which generates the program code based on the design drawing described in a formal language, is equipped with; means (462 and 463) which can generate the program codes described in different programming languages (Java(R) language and C language) by every predetermined processing unit contained in the design drawing; and a means (469) to generate a conversion program code (470) which describes the conversion content of information so as to transfer informational mutually between program codes of the predetermined processing units.
