PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing device capable of preventing hot offset at both side edges of a belt. SOLUTION: The fixing device for fixing a toner image on a recording medium comprises coil parts which generate magnetic flux and a heating member which heats by the magnetic flux, wherein the coil parts are disposed so that they face front and rear faces of the heating member. A toner used in the fixing device contains 5-20% of a crystalline polyester whose Tg by DSC is 40-95°C and also contains 2-5% of a wax having a melting point of 60-90°C as a release agent.
