Scrapbook and photo album covers which enhance the aesthetic appearance of scrapbooks or photo albums are disclosed. The scrapbook and photo album covers include a pair of cover panels for attachment to the respective covers of the scrapbook or photo album. An attachment mechanism is provided on each of the cover panels for attaching the cover panels to the respective covers of the book. At least one ribbon connects the cover panels to each other and enhances the aesthetic appearance of the scrapbooks or photo albums.
