<p>An auxiliary device for plastic operation of the mandibular angle includes localizing piece (2) and two securing pieces (3,4) positioned to the outside edge (8) of the localizing piece (2) respectively, the said securing pieces (3,4) are connected to the said localizing piece (2) in such a manner that it may bend along the outside edge (8) of the localizing piece (2), the inside edge (7) of the localizing piece (2) matches the predefined cutting line(5).</p>
