<p>For controlling compliance with specifications for obtaining a label or getting benefit from an agro-environmental measure, said invention provides with a system for autonomously counting the animals, which can be used by a breeder himself. The inventive counting device comprises computer-aided means for identifying, geographically localising and time-stamping animals. The thus collected data items make it possible to produce one or several counting messages whose analysis or anticipated constrains enable to controll the compliance with specifications and to take a decision whether the animals can be certified. In a variant, the counting messages are protected by a signature and transmitted in an encoded manner to a person who is entitled to process said messages and to deliver an agreement.</p> |
