摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resonator provided with a piezoelectric ceramic resonator excellent in free fall robustness. <P>SOLUTION: The resonator is provided with the piezoelectric ceramic resonator 2, in which vibrating electrodes are formed, and a substrate 3 for supporting the piezoelectric ceramic resonator 2. The piezoelectric ceramic resonator 2 has a condition of U&ge;0.88&times;H+20.28 (however, U= maximum elastic energy per unit volume (kJ/m<SP>3</SP>), H: falling height (m), and H>1). The resonator is applicable to a resonator 1 having a structure in which the substrate 3 is provided with terminal electrodes 31, 32, the piezoelectric ceramics resonator 2 is conductive with the vibrating electrodes via a conductive stator 4, and also, both ends of the piezoelectric ceramics resonator 2 are supported by the substrate 3 via the conductive stator 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
