摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To impart physical properties having moderate fluidity/shape retaining properties, preservable over a long period at room temperature and easily dissolving in hot water during use when a pasty composite seasoning containing a considerable amount of powder of a seasoning material and measurable in a string-like shape is prepared. <P>SOLUTION: The powder of the seasoning powder material in an amount of 2-7% is added to a liquid seasoning base and starch subjected to processing of preventing retrogradation in an amount of 3-10% is added thereto so as to provide 4.0&le;pH<4.6. The viscosity is regulated to 50-1,000 poises. The resultant material in a heated state is packaged or packaged and then thermally sterilized.
