<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a linear motor control system capable of precisely calculating the stroke of a moving member, and preventing collision with other parts in the moving member, and to provide a stirling refrigeration system using the linear motor control system. <P>SOLUTION: A microcomputer assumes that each of a motor voltage v(t), a motor current i(t), and an induction voltage generated in the linear motor is a sinusoidal wave having the same angular velocity ω, and uses a voltage signal for indicating the motor voltage v(t) of the linear motor and a current signal for indicating the motor current i(t) for calculating the effective value E of the induction voltage in one cycle of the sinusoidal wave. After that, the effective value E of the induction voltage, the angular velocity ω, and an induction voltage coefficient (thrust coefficient) α are used for calculating a stroke ST of the moving member in one cycle. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
