<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information recording medium capable of newly producing an original transportation key even when the transportation key which is set into an IC card changes by a certain cause. <P>SOLUTION: The storage medium comprises a command processing unit 154 for performing a command process to be transmitted from an information processing device 200, a rewritable storage unit 160 for storing a first transportation key to be set into the information storage medium 100, a secret information storage area 156 for storing secret information unique to the information storage medium to be needed for producing the first transportation key by an encryption process, and a transportation key producing circuit 155 for producing the transportation key based on a first identifier included in the command transmitted from the information processing device 200 and the secret information, and for storing the key into the rewritable storage unit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
