<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent malfunction by preventing concentration of connection requests to a particular distribution server even when distributing contents with large amounts of data such as dynamic image data. <P>SOLUTION: A session management DB 210 stores a total maximum number of simultaneous sessions, being a cumulative value per each distribution server of maximum numbers of simultaneous sessions, being the number of sessions that can be simultaneously connected to contents of registered dynamic image data or the like, in correspondence to each distribution server 201-203. In a load balancer 101, a distribution server to register a content required to be registered is selected on the basis of the total maximum number of simultaneous sessions per each distribution server 201-203 stored in the session management DB 210, a maximum number of simultaneous sessions set with respect to the content is added to the total maximum number of simultaneous sessions corresponding to the distribution server selected as a registration location of the content, and the session management DB 210 is updated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
