POLYBUTYLENE TEREPHTHALATE-BASED RESIN COMPOSITION AND MOLDED PRODUCT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polybutylene terephthalate (PBT)-based resin composition excellent in alkali resistance. SOLUTION: The PBT-based resin composition comprises 100 pts.wt. PBT-based resin, 1-30 pts.wt. polyolefin-modified polysiloxane and 5-80 pts.wt. filler or reinforcing material (vitreous filler or the like). The polyolefin-modified polysiloxane may be constituted of a polyorganosiloxane and an olefin-based resin grafted to the polyorganosiloxane. The resin composition may further contain an elastomer (a styrene-based elastomer and/or an olefin-based elastomer or the like). The resin composition is useful for molding molded products. The molded product may have a welded part at least in a part of the product and may have at least one species selected from an insertion section, a press-in section and a screw section.
