PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-layer spout in which a multi-layer sleeve having an intermediate layer comprising a functional resin is mounted on a spout main body at a stable posture, and excellent in eluation of the resin from an end part of a functional resin layer, decrease in flavor of the content, and sanitary aspect. SOLUTION: In the multi-layer spout 100, the multi-layer sleeve 2 having the intermediate layer 2a comprising a functional resin is mounted on the inner peripheral face of the spout main body 1. At least one end part of the multi-layer sleeve 2 is buried in the axial direction by the spout main body 1. The multi-layer sleeve 2 having the intermediate layer 2a comprising the functional resin is mounted on the outer peripheral face of a core mold 10, and a molten resin mass 30 is arranged in a cavity mold 20. Then, the core mold 10 and the cavity mold 20 are relatively moved to perform compression molding.
