PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speaker vibration controller and a speaker which prevents damage to the speaker caused by the excessively strong vibration of a vibration mechanism such as voice coil bobbin, etc. by a simple constitution. SOLUTION: The speaker vibration controller has a detecting piece 110 which contacts with a top plate 104 when the vibration quantity of a voice coil bobbin 108 in a speaker 100 reaches a predetermined quantity as a limit, resulting in that a circuit composed of signal lines 155, 156, the top plate 104 and the detecting piece 110 turns on and the voltage value of an acoustic signal at circuit turning on is stored in a nonvolatile memory 162. Then a DSP 152 controls so that the voltage value of outputted acoustic analog signal is lower than the voltage value of the acoustic signal at the circuit turning on.
