PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic gas meter capable of measuring accurately the flow rate of mixture gas having a density difference or gas generating easily condensation water. SOLUTION: This ultrasonic gas meter is equipped with a measuring pipe 13 wherein a fluid which is a measuring object flows, a first ultrasonic transducer 14 arranged on one end of the measuring pipe, a second ultrasonic transducer 15 arranged oppositely to the first ultrasonic transducer on the other end of the measuring pipe, and control circuits 18, 19 for measuring the flow rate of the fluid flowing in the measuring pipe based on the difference between a propagation time measured by transmitting an ultrasonic wave from the first ultrasonic transducer to the second ultrasonic transducer and a propagation time measured by transmitting an ultrasonic wave from the second ultrasonic transducer to the first ultrasonic transducer. The measuring pipe 13 has a double structure comprising an inner pipe 30 for allowing the fluid to pass, while removing moisture included in the fluid which is the measuring object, and an outer pipe 31 provided outside the inner pipe.
