PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve capable of securing a wide flow regulating range. SOLUTION: An inlet side passage 15 from a fluid inlet 11 is branched into a first branch passage 16, a second branch passage 17, and a third branch passage 18, and a first fluid outlet 12, a second fluid outlet 13, and a third fluid outlet 14 are formed. A passage opening and closing mechanism for individually opening and closing the first branch passage 16, the second branch passage 17 and the third branch passage 18 is installed.
