PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a software wireless communication apparatus in which use efficiency of the number of logical gates can be enhanced, and to provide a hardware design language program. SOLUTION: The software wireless apparatus having a software wireless processing section 1 comprises a packet constituting section 131 for forming a packet including an identifier of its type in the header for each different type of wireless frequency band being inputted, a plurality of modules 132-138 each having a processing section and a header judging means for outputting a packet after processing or not processing at the processing section depending on the identifier included in the header of an inputted packet, and a packet decomposing section 139 for outputting only the data of a packet to an output port corresponding to the identifier included in the header of the packet, wherein the plurality of modules are connected in one direction.
