PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus with a simple structure and a good efficiency for bagging a long vegetable into a bag made of a synthetic resin. SOLUTION: A blower 8 is movably arranged on an opening on the upper face of a main body. A pair of discs for winding and unwinding a wire are arranged on a rotating shaft with a following gear mating with an mainly moving gear 23 and rotating positively and reversely by operating a pedal 4, and a mechanism for winding and unwinding the wire is arranged on the disc. An elevating mechanism is arranged for an elevating cylinder arranging the elevating cylinder supported by an elevating ring becoming freely elevating by fitting a guiding cylinder 2B fixed on the opening under a hanging condition. Below the mechanism, an engagement plate-turning mechanism is arranged for rotating an engaging plate rotating synchronously to the elevating movement of the elevating cylinder being a constitutional material for the mechanism. A long bag feeding mechanism 50 is arranged at a deeply back position from the opening provided on a front face plate of the main body. The wires whose respective ends are fixed on a pair of discs for wining and unwinding the wires arranged on the mechanism for winding and unwinding the wires are respectively hung on the guiding discs, and the other ends of the wires are fixed so that the elevating ring supporting the elevating cylinder being a constituting material of the elevating mechanism for the elevating cylinder is made to be freely elevating and lowering.
