PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved assembly for covering an opening part. SOLUTION: This opening part cover assembly is provided with a movable cover having a first flexible cover part to be wound/unwound around/from a winding pipe, a second rigid cover part fitted to the first flexible cover part at an end of the first cover part separated from the winding pipe, and a third flexible cover part fitted to the second rigid cover part at an end of the second rigid cover part separated from the first cover part. A free end of the third cover part is extended to wind around a reversing member to be moved by a first driving member, and this free end is connected to a second driving member. The ratio among winding speed V<SB>1</SB>of the winding pipe for winding the first and the second cover, driving speed V<SB>2</SB>of the first driving member and driving speed V<SB>3</SB>of the second driving member is set to satisfy an expression V<SB>1</SB>+V<SB>3</SB>=2V<SB>2</SB>(V<SB>3</SB>>V<SB>2</SB>>V<SB>1</SB>>0).
