PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular air-conditioner capable of immediately removing cloudiness even when a windshield becomes cloudy by changing the mode to the internal air circulation mode. SOLUTION: The vehicular air-conditioner comprises a gas concentration detection means 16 to detect the exhaust gas concentration G in the atmosphere, determination means 10, 13 to determine whether or not an air-conditioning compressor is in an operable state when the compressor is stopped, and outside air introduction control means 3, 10, 20 which prohibits introduction of the outside air into a cabin if the determination means 10, 13 determine that the compressor is in an operable state when the exhaust gas concentration G detected by the gas concentration detection means 16 is not less than the predetermined value Ga, and permits introduction of the outside air into the cabin if the determination means determine that the compressor is not in an operable state.
