PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a printing condition of data transmitted as a direct print through a communication network to be set at a printer of the receiving side. SOLUTION: When receiving data of the direct print, a machine control part checks whether or not the reception date is a permitted day of the week (S102 and S103). When it is the permitted day of the week (judged as Yes in S103), it is checked whether or not a reception time is a permitted time zone (S104 and S105). When it is the reception within the permitted time zone (judged as Yes in S105), then, it is checked whether or not it is the transmission from a permitted terminal device as a transmitting party of the received data (S106 and S107). When it is the permitted transmitting party (judged as Yes in step S107), the printing process for the direct print is carried out. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
