An FRP(Fiber Reinforced Plastics) floor plate module integrated with a shear connecting material and a concrete composite floor plate using the same are provided to increase the lateral strength of the concrete synthetic floor plate by integrally installing an FRP lower structure at the shear connecting material. An FRP floor plate module comprises upper and lower plates separated by a predetermined height; and a hollow part formed by a partition between the upper and lower plates. The hollow part is formed vertically long and shaped like a tube. The FRP shear connecting material(205) is laterally projected at the upper plate. The fiber placed at the FRP floor plate module is consecutively placed at the shear connecting material. A concrete synthetic floor plate(100) is formed by combining an FRP lower structure(110) and a concrete slab(120).
