<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reflection film for an optical information recording medium having excellent smoothness and reflectance and to provide the optical information recording medium provided with the reflection film. <P>SOLUTION: (1) The reflection film for the optical information recording medium is a two layer reflection film, wherein a second reflection film composed of Al or an Al alloy having 5 to 100 nm film thickness is provided on a light incident side of a first reflection film composed of a Ag alloy having 20 to 200 nm film thickness, the Ag alloy contains at least one of 0.05 to 3.0 at% Nd, 0.1 to 5.0 at% Cu and 0.01 to 1.0 at% Bi. (2) In the reflection film for the optical information recording medium, the Ag alloy contains ≤3.0 at% , in total, one or more of Pd, Pt and Au. (3) In the reflection film for the optical information recording medium, the Al alloy contains ≤4.0 at%, in total, one or more of Nd, Ti, Ta and Cr.
