<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To establish good easiness in installing a vehicle window equipped with the body of a window molding fitted with a seal lip. <P>SOLUTION: The vehicle window 10 mounted at a window opening panel on the vehicle body side is structured so that the body 20 of the window molding is installed along the peripheral edges of a window plate 12, wherein the body of the window molding includes an end face covering part 30 formed in such a way as covering the end face of the window plate and confronting apart to the peripheral wall of the window opening panel on the vehicle body side and the seal lip 22 installed protrusively in the direction of going apart from the end face of the window plate as the side with the end face covering part used as a root and to make elastic deformation in the tilting direction with the forefront abutting to the peripheral wall of the window opening panel on the vehicle body side, and around the root of the seal lip, a recess 32 is formed to promote the elastic deformation in the tiling direction of the seal lip. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
