<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust gas sealing structure for a turbocharger reducing exhaust gas quantity flowing out of a gap between a shaft part of a valve member controlling turbine capacity and a bearing part which the shaft part is rotatably inserted in and is supported by in the turbocharger which can varies turbine capacity. <P>SOLUTION: In the turbocharger including a turbine rotor, a turbine housing 2 having an exhaust gas passage 3 formed therein, the bearing part 7, the shaft part 6 rotatably inserted in and supported by the bearing part 7, and the valve member 4, making exhaust gas flow in the exhaust gas passage 3, and varying turbine capacity by the valve member 4, a seal member 10 having inner diameter smaller than inner diameter of the bearing part 7 and displacable relatively to the shaft part 6 is inserted through the shaft part 6 in an inner side and an outer side of the turbine housing 2 respectively, and an urging means urging the outer side seal member 10 to a side surface of the bearing part 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
