<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for selecting a golf club shaft and a method of selecting a golf club shaft which permit the selection of a golf club shaft having an appropriate shaft mass and shaft condition. <P>SOLUTION: The golf club shaft selection system is equipped with a head speed sensing unit 100 which senses the velocity of a club head at the moment of impact in a golfer's swing, a swing tempo sensing unit 200 which senses the golfer's swing tempo, a chart 300 showing a shaft mass and shaft condition corresponding to a golfer's swing characteristics. a selection unit 400 which selects a golf club shaft suitable to a golfer on the basis of the velocity of the club head and swing tempo sensed by the head speed sensing unit 100 and the swing tempo sensing unit 200 while referring to the chart 300, and a display device 500 which displays a golf club shaft selected by the selection unit 400. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
