<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology with which the load of a server can be distributed, without having to newly providing a function for load distribution in a broadcasting station or without providing special functions in a receiving terminal, such as location detecting means or a means for transmitting own location, to the broadcasting station. <P>SOLUTION: A network identifier or a TS identifier is acquired from broadcasting waves. A terminal that receives the broadcasting waves, is caused to access a server, corresponding to the acquired network identifier or TS identifier. Furthermore, in the case of configuration, including a repeater station that receives a broadcasting wave and retransmits the broadcasting wave after giving own identifier thereto, the identifier of the repeater station is acquired from the broadcasting waves from the repeater station.
