<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fried food of coagulated egg covered with frying coat, having good fried color of the surface, nice-smelling flavor and not causing peeling of frying coat when immersed in a seasoning liquid. <P>SOLUTION: The present invention provides a fried coagulated egg in which the coagulated egg is covered with frying coat formed by using coat dough containing a protein as a main ingredient or a seasoning liquid-immersed fried coagulated egg obtained by immersing the fried coagulated egg into the seasoning liquid.
