<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game system preventing the increase in the cost of a ball dispenser unit even when collecting the amount of the consumption duty corresponding to the amount used and instantaneously dispensing balls when the ball dispenser unit receives currency under an off-line state being incommunicable with a management device in the system of a perfect ID management. <P>SOLUTION: When receiving the currency under the off-line state (S411), the ball dispenser unit 20 specifies a dispensing object amount corresponding to the integral multiple of the tax-inclusive total unit amount, or the total amount of a unit amount used of a prescribed single unit and the amount of the consumption duty corresponding to the unit amount used, and the amount of fractions under the tax-inclusive total unit amount out of the amount of the received currency (S414), dispenses balls worth of the specified dispensing object amount (S415), and discharges the specified amount of fractions by recording it in a visitor token 5 (S433 and S435).
